Saturday, April 25th, 2020, join NextGenChef and Jamie Evans of The Herb Somm in an evening that highlights seasonal, local culinary offerings with low dosed infused pairings. Our Michelin star award winning regenerative chef, Jeremy Nelson, is crafting a four-course tasting menu that will include featured items from both The Herb Somm and NextGenChef partners and members giving the chef an opportunity to work with innovative products that are either regenerative or infused and the dining participants a chance to experience a culinary cannabis moment like none other.
Imbibe with Viv & Oak’s low dose infusion wines, a delicate, delicious taste with a decadent wine-like experience. Clover Caramels, delectable infused caramels that are sweetened with honey, and Next Level Edibles, infused creations that tantalize the palette, heal the body, and expand the mind.
This event will create a place for curious foodies to experience high-end culinary infusions, while providing an opportunity for our members to be front and center on a unique kitchen stage with a well-known chef to see how to utilize their products and concepts.
